Not very helpful staff!

Thoroughly enjoyed it - the place is relaxing and suited me fine. The staff are affable and exceptional and really care about the guests. The hotel offers adequate and good meal in the morning, delicious food. Would recomand this venue to friends, no complaints whatsoever...

Can't recommend highly enough for a quick stop

Opulent room, spacious bathroom, with excellent amenities like free Wi-Fi and a heated pool where we enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers during our two-night stay.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room was disappointing. We found several cockroaches , quite unsettling. The dining service was very slow.

The hotel is also close to some very nice spots like the museum of the palmeraie which is just about 3.5 km away and the charming adouar marrakech, only 3.5 km away.

The heated small pool was a highlight for us! The spacious room felt luxurious, and the lush gardens created such a serene vibe.

I had an exceptional experience, especially enjoying the spacious, opulent room and the fantastic breakfast options along with a luxurious poolside atmosphere. I'd definitely come back!

Comfortable Family Retreat with Great Breakfast

Our family enjoyed a lovely week in a beautiful suite. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, especially the made-to-order eggs! The only downside was the cold main pool. A tip for families, arrive early for meals to avoid long wait times.

We loved the spacious Beautiful Studio, with beautiful gardens and a refreshing pool that was perfect for our family. And the kids had a blast splashing around. We also indulged in the spa, a relaxing treat after a long day.

In my wife's opinion, the dining options could be more family-friendly, especially for kids seeking familiar meals.

The only downside was some early morning noise from maintenance work near our area, but it didn't ruin our overall experience. 🌟

Really good management, fine gardens!

The King Suite has a spacious layout, complete with luxurious furnishings and a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. The large pool area offers great lounging options, with a heated section that allows for comfortable dips any time of day.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There were noticeable cockroaches and signs of inadequate cleaning. The food service at the restaurant had unreasonably long wait times, taking nearly an hour for a burger. The room was initially not ready upon check-in, and there were patch jobs throughout that detracted from the overall luxury feel. Breakfast options were unremarkable, and the mini bar charges turned out to be a source of confusion during checkout.

The luxurious rooms were beautifully designed and my beautiful suite reminded me of a fantasy. The large pool was perfectly landscaped and the heated section was a lovely touch. The service stood out as everyone was super friendly and helpful.
